Gerber Scientific Receiving Department accepts deliveries between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. If a delivery is required outside that timeframe contact your Supply Chain Representative for approval. After hour deliveries that are not approved will not be accepted. Gerber Scientific does not, in general, accept deliveries made prior to the specified delivery date. Please refer to Section 5c of our standard Terms and Conditions for further information.

5c.

Seller shall not make any delivery before the specified delivery date. If Seller delivers Goods prior to the delivery date, Buyer may either (i) refuse delivery and require re-delivery at Seller’s expense on the delivery date; or (ii) retain the Goods and make payment in accordance with the original payment schedule in this Order regardless of the actual date of delivery.
